Key Update: Platform Switch

  • What’s changing: Starting for sessions scheduled from 3rd October 2026, the club is officially retiring Stack Team App for Saturday Open Sessions.
  • Where to go: All session sign-ups and ticket bookings now take place directly on the Richmond Volleyball Beach Portal.
  • Key benefits: Automatic member pricing, a single dashboard for tracking all of your sessions, and the ability to book up to 3 tickets total (yourself + 2 teammates or guests) in one checkout.

How to Book a Session

👤 Registered Members

  1. Go to
    ➡️https://beach.richmondvolleyball.co.uk/sessions/
    and click Member’s Login at the top of the page to log in with your email and password or login directly using this link.
  2. In your Player Portal, view the Upcoming Sessions tab (open on default).
  3. Click Book Ticket (your name and Member Rate will automatically be pre-selected).
  4. 👥 Booking for Friends (Optional — up to 3 tickets total):
    • Click + Add Another Ticket in the booking window.
    • For RVB Members: Type their registered name (no nicknames)
      ➜ select them from the predictive dropdown after 2–3 letters
      ➜ the discounted Member Rate applies automatically.
    • For Guests (Non-Members): Type their full name without picking from the dropdown
      ➜ the Guest (Non-Members) Rate applies automatically.
  5. Review the live Order Summary at the bottom (which itemises each attendee’s name, rate, and price), then click Go to Checkout to complete payment.

Note for Multi-Role Accounts: If you are a player who is also a parent or coach, select the tab at the top of the page for the specific player you wish to book for.

🌐 Non-Members (Public Booking)

If you have not paid an RVB Beach Membership for the current season:

  1. Go to
    ➡️https://beach.richmondvolleyball.co.uk/sessions/
  2. Browse the available open sessions and click Book Ticket.
  3. Enter your full name and any additional attendees (unregistered players automatically get the standard Guest (Non-Members) Rate).
  4. Click Go to Checkout, enter your contact/payment details, and complete the purchase (a receipt is sent via email).

Tip: Registered members booking while logged out can type their exact registered name to verify and unlock their Member Rate.

💡 Important Reminders

  • Log In First: Ensures your assigned group sessions and member pricing load automatically.
  • Can’t Attend? Submit an apology note directly through your portal so coaches know in advance.
  • Booking Terms & Conditions: There are no changes to our booking terms including for cancellations.
  • 🚫 Stack Team App: Do not use Stack Team App for sessions scheduled on or after 3rd October 2026.

❓ FAQs

  • Can I book for more than 3 players? We have limited the number of tickets to 3 per customer to give everyone a fair chance to join and to avoid sessions being blocked out. If you need to book for more friends, please ask them to book their own tickets.
  • Can I buy more tickets after completing my purchase? Yes, but you will have to use the Public Sessions Page.
  • How can I become a member? See more information here.
  • Can I get a refund if I can’t attend? To claim a refund, email beach@richmondvolleyball.co.uk at least 24 hours before the session start. Please see our booking terms & conditions for full details.
